We source our baby and toddler products from several designers and manufacturers across the world. In order to keep our prices down and designs up to date and in line with the latest trends we centralise our stock in Asia and send our orders out from there.
Please allow 15 - 30 days for delivery. Orders usually take 14 days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
Yes, we offer a 14 day return policy. Please notify us though our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return something. You then have another 14 days to make sure the goods are returned to us. We will send you information on how to return your parcel to us (UK address). You (the customer) is responsible for covering the cost of return postage, it must reach us within 14 days. Once returns are received in re-saleable condition in original packaging you will be refunded. The refund will be sent to the card or paypal account you used when placing the order. We currently do not offer exchanges, you can return your order and place a new order if you would like a different size / item.
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size chart available on most of our product pages. To find out the size for any item, click on the size chart in its Product Details page. Since we offer products from different brands, sizing varies. We display brands’ sizing whenever possible.
Yes, we do. Orders over £25 qualify for free shipping (worldwide). Otherwise shipping costs £2.50 per order.

We send your order from our centralised hub in Asia. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charge on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Bluebelle Loves has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Bluebelle Loves cannot be held accountable for any additional fees applied by the customers home country or freight services. HOWEVER: UK customers please note that baby clothes are Zero rated for VAT and you should not be charged any import duty on orders under £135.
